ADVENTURE BASED TRAINING
Challenges range from group problem-solving exercises to activities utilizing the outdoor teams course.

INITIATIVE PROBLEMS
Initiative problems challenge participants with a physical problem that requires group cooperation to succeed.

LOW ELEMENT ACTIVITIES
The low "teams" course consists of a series of ground level initiatives designed to encourage teamwork. Group support and team goals are emphasized. Members must work cooperatively to meet the objective of each initiative. Safety and trust, inherent to each activity, help each team member realize the importance of each individual to the overall unit.

ADVENTURE GAMES
Adventure games are active, engaging and non-competitive.

TRUST ACTIVITIES
Participants learn to rely on others for their physical well-being and to assume the responsibility of providing for the safety of others. Trust is the cornerstone of team work.

LEADERSHIP CHALLENGE COURSE
The high "ropes" course is a linear construction of beams, wires, cables and platforms. Adventure elements wind through trees 20 to 30 feet above the ground. Participants traverse the course while group members encourage and support them. Individuals reach farther than they ever thought possible. The increase in confidence and self-esteem is a lifelong benefit both personally and professionally. Participation in the program enhances life skills such as decision-making and problem solving.

GOAL SETTING
Participants set goals for completing each challenge. As the group identifies and defines its goal, members work together to achieve them. This step reinforces the need for direction and a common purpose.

SUCCESS
The success of any organization is dependent upon its people. Developing trust, teamwork, plus cooperation and communication skills among the team members is the essential first step on the path to success. At Camp Reveal's Rope Course, we give you the tools to put "your team" on the right path.
