Banquets
A banquet is an easy way to celebrate group or team accomplishments, or perhaps as a backdrop for a youth group fundraiser. Holiday banquets are very popular as well as specific groups such as Mother/Daughter or Father/Son.

Camp Reveal is the perfect place to have your banquet. We have the facilities to feed up to 100 of your guests comfortably. Please let us do all of the cooking, cleaning, serving, dishwashing, vacuuming, etc. All you need to do is choose your menu items (which can be difficult with so many delicious choices) then come and enjoy the food and fellowship. After your meal our dining room can easily be used to run your program with our sound system, piano, fireplace, overhead, screen, or TV/VCR.

Meeting Opportunities / Day Use
The goal of a meeting is to communicate concepts and ideas to your group effectively and efficiently with limited interruptions. Camp Reveal can provide this atmosphere with meeting rooms to fit groups from 8 to 80. We also have a variety of audio/visual equipment at your disposal, such as: flip charts, whiteboards, overheads, TV/VCRs, complete sound system, CD player, etc.

One big ingredient to help people digest new information is food. We provide a wide variety of snacks including fresh fruit, cookies, etc. A meeting 2-5 hours will have one snack, and 5-10 hours will have two. Our coffee service is provided in your meeting room and includes fresh coffee, hot chocolate, apple cider, ice water, and a variety of hot teas.

Getting away from your typical meeting area (church, office, etc.) allows you and your group to escape most interruptions such as phone calls, faxes, co-workers, or other office activities.

Catering
Camp Reveal Catering can be done at Camp or on your site. Rick Hicks, Our Food Service Director, has many years of experience planning and implementing catered events. Our food is second to none and you are guaranteed not to go away hungry.
